Beginners get familiar with basic sequencing through a simplified version of ILLYs Dance CLASH routines and avid movers/dancers are welcomed to build stamina and endurance. Class starts with a warm up which builds into the Dance CLASH routine for the day. We follow up with a body weight burn out and close with a light stretch! Class is conducted with predominately Soca music!
